Great well-known product.

What differentiates Salesforce Sales Cloud Enterprise from other similar products?
It is by my belief the most widely used CRM software available. You rarely have to train new employees on how to use it.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The PC access for the product is very detailed and there's tonnes of lessons on how to harness the power of the CRM
What do you dislike most about this product?
Nothing. I believe it is almost flawless.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Go to youtube and watch videos on it, you'll see it's not as scary as people say.
