What differentiates Salesforce Sales Cloud Enterprise from other similar products?
To evaluate data and apply it for advertising, deal-finding, and deal-closing, we use the remark area on each customer to ensure that each sales people is aware of who has approached whom. We're also using the reporting features, and the quantity of data we can manage with it is astonishing.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like how configurable Salesforce is, and how I can mix data to build insights inside multiple items. I also like that it enables for third-party connectors, which helps speed up the process of finding answers. It is quite simple to be used at various levels, and it is also very simple to personalize what you need to get outcomes from them if you require reports.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It's quite tough to do it without the help of a trusted third party. Even though it offers excellent personalization, administration, and integration features, accomplishing all of this may appear straightforward, it is not; they provide minimal assistance in learning how to use every tool effectively, which may make the process laborious.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Salesforce has been an excellent tool to achieve all of our business strategies, progressively scaling up, and evaluating our progress. The UI adjusts to our requirements, with a flexible API and main page to make using the application as simple as feasible. What differentiates Salesforce Sales Cloud Enterprise from other similar products?
Salesforce is useful for corporations handling mass amounts of data. We simply wouldn’t be ready to do our jobs without such a strong CRM. Plus, the flexibility to adjust with outreach is quite nice. The amount of flexibility and customization reminds me of earlier generation tools that felt sort of a million building blocks stacked along and rearranged, however fashionable Salesforce puts some efficient guardrails around that experience.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Some of the most effective things to love about Salesforce is the ability to customize it to your feeling (Our org is on enterprise edition). The power to quickly add fields, add formulas, install apps on high of it makes it easy to use. It additionally can own inbuilt workflow and notifications which will simply go out and be simple to set up. If you would like to create your custom solutions, there’s a developer possibility with it as well. Overall, if I were to go to a brand new company and that they were using something except Salesforce, I would highly suggest a change.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Salesforce can be a little exhausting to navigate if you don’t recognize what you’re doing (especially the legacy version of the CRM). It can also take a short while to load at times, particularly once you are within the middle of navigating multiple tabs. So, you’ll have some people on groups robustly using salesforce because of existing information, however that knowledge isn’t simply transferable to others.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
This is the industry standard and I assume it does what it says it must do and what I would like it for my role. I simply want it’d modernize faster.

What differentiates Salesforce Sales Cloud Enterprise from other similar products?
With Salesforce by your side you are able to manage your sales department, marketing automation, projects management and all other CRM related solutions under one roof. I personally like its detailed, easy and intuitive analytical reporting feature. The integration is very easy and trouble free as well.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Salesforce is the champion when it comes to multitasking for multinational and enterprise level companies. We have been using it in our company for years and disappointed is the word we never used for this platform. We are happy and satisfied with its services as well as well market competent features. The sales, marketing and project management was never this easy.
What do you dislike most about this product?
As I said earlier as well, the platform is not easy to get along with in initial days, the other bad thing – in my personal opinion – is that its customer services are also not very reliable one. If you are stuck, in worst case scenario you will be stuck for days unless you get a professional help.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
There are few things that needs improvement but all of them can be overlooked when you think about the benefits you will be getting out of it. The whole process of management, marketing and project handling is best of everything. You get the best results by choosing the finest platform for yourself.
