Incredible at Maintaining sales funnel. Easy to use and also keeps sales team posted with follow ups. As leader it eases me with creating report. Easy to use platform makes sales force different from other crm.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Keeps Funnels up to date is one of the best aspect of sales force. It smoothens the sales process. We can customise as per our requirement

What do you dislike most about this product?

Customer support some times takes a quite a lot time. This should speeden up

What differentiates Salesforce Sales Cloud Enterprise from other similar products?

Salesforce has all the features in it which makes it one stop CRM for all the people in sales.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favourite aspect about this is that salesforce helps me to keep a track of my leads, my prospects and i can also send them emails from it, takes notes and a lot more.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is nothing as such that i dislike, all existing and new features are just amazing.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would just say, go for it and it will definitely help them for lead generation and help them to follow up with them.
