What differentiates HubSpot Sales Hub from other similar products?
This tool allows us to have all the information centralized so that the objectives of getting more customers and increasing sales are achieved. The marketing, customer service and sales departments work as a team, smoothly and quickly.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Its customized reports have helped us to get the job done faster and to know in detail how the project and sales are going. It has a very complete CRM, where we can see the progress of activities in real time. All the call management is also very efficient, the call recording feature is very useful and can be heard perfectly.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It can be a bit intimidating at first because of the many features and tools the software has. The learning curve is also a bit slow and some departments find it difficult to adapt and work with HUBSPOT CRM. If it had a contract management, with the use of digital signature, to process contracts remotely it would be perfect.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
The perfect CRM to keep all the operations of the different departments of the company running smoothly, making the customer's shopping experience ideal. Customer service flows better and sales have grown with the use of this software, because all employees know what to do, without wasting time.

Support, the y said its 24/7 but they dont have clear SLA´s

its a great product you can start small and grow with your business growth, ypu should ask for SLA´s in the contract because the support its slow
