Very intuitive and user friendly

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love deal management with Tasks, Notes, logged mails etc

What do you dislike most about this product?

New UX makes navigation more difficult than before

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

HubSpot is really a great CRM - but your sales people have to use it to see the full potential of the tool ;-)

What differentiates HubSpot Sales Hub from other similar products?

Ease of use & set up while maintaining the breadth of features.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Like I said, it's so easy to use especially when compared to Salesforce.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Some of the new features and updates tend to be added to the Enterprise plan and if we're not on the Enterprise plan, we gotta pay extra for those add ons.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Hubspot & Salesforce integrate with almost every SaaS product on this planet, but Salesforce will make you pull your hair out in implementation and ongoing use. If you value see of set up and user friendly UI/UX, go for Hubspot.
