What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is very easy for me to build and manage email campaigns, nurture leads, and automate workflows all in one place, which helps me streamline marketing efforts and improve lead conversion rates.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The Email Campaign Templates are so basic.

hubspot is easier to use than the other CRMs i looked at.

helpful features include live chat and keeping track of contacts with customers. using the new tools for making predictions is advantageous.

the price is high for the extra functions, and there are bugs from time to time.
