hubspot is easier to use than the other CRMs i looked at.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

helpful features include live chat and keeping track of contacts with customers. using the new tools for making predictions is advantageous.

What do you dislike most about this product?

the price is high for the extra functions, and there are bugs from time to time.

if you can afford it, it can really help your sales.

There is not much that I not like about this product only if your keep the notification turned on for any campaign, your inbox (through which it has been integrated) would get spammed.
