What differentiates HubSpot Sales Hub from other similar products?

Our company chose to get the fully integrated and branded version. This made aligning our corporate values with what you are delivering to customers seamless. So quick and easy to have one central place to grab the next marketing blurbs. Beautiful integration with socials. Fast tracking of opens and engagement. Great tool.

Clean one click posting! Makes your life so much easier!

What do you dislike most about this product?

Takes some effort to keep your own content updated. Not hubspots fault, just a flaw in the system.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you have a full time marketing person or team this is a no brainer to get their work into the hands of all your sellers, marketers, and business engagement teams.

What differentiates HubSpot Sales Hub from other similar products?

Can use free with paid versions which is nice for our 1099s and we can still own the data Sales tools! Marketing is very pricy though Built around sales and marketing not just one or the other

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Intergration of products like zoom Customer Services! Omg our Rep Cyndi is a goddess of knowledge and help Flexable and willing to adjust to small business needs that are on a large playing field

What do you dislike most about this product?

Not able to mix match different features to customize the portal. - marketing has one thing we use just one but we have to have the whole thing and it is a bit pricey

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Make sure you have your work flow, future ideas, and a list of needs vs wants keep automation in mind before signature. If you don't know what can be automated ask them Make sure to talk to tech and sales. before signature.
