What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Another bonus is the email tracking and automation functionality. Sales personnel can track email opens, clicks, and responses to ensure prompt response. This, together with automated workflows and alerts, ensures no leads are lost. Such capabilities allow teams to provide targeted outreach on a mass scale, leading to more engagement and conversions.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Disadvantage is the deep customization of complicated workflows. While it is suitable for the typical sales scenario, companies with a very narrow scope might find the customization possibilities limited. Flexibly customizing automation and workflows would make it a much more valuable product across many different industries.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The free CRM package and scalable paid packages allow businesses of all sizes to utilize the platform and offer scalability that other competitors do not have.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The most valuable feature of HubSpot Sales Hub is its easy-to-use interface. Through drag-and-drop deal pipelines and configurable dashboards, it is easy for sales teams to manage leads, remain connected, and close deals at the top of their priority list. This simplicity enables faster adoption and higher productivity.
What do you dislike most about this product?
One of the most frustrating aspects of HubSpot Sales Hub is the steep pricing of features. Though you can use the free CRM, acquiring more powerful features such as custom reports or sales analytics is prohibitively expensive for small businesses, which means you cannot really make the most out of it.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Well for anyone who is considering this software needs to understand and align their business needs first on how and where they can fit it right. Due to its vast features and capability to automate process one needs to understand their sales process first. You also got to take a look at all of their key features which are regarding to reports, sales process, automation and integration. So first understand and familiarize yourself with all the process of it in order to really enjoy all the benefits this software have to offer.
