Simple, effective and easily customised according to the sales process. Emails can be customised in the backend for the sales team.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The simplicity of the product, effective tool for the sales team, and very easy to customise.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Costing can be high if you are not utilising the tool effectively.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It is a must-have tool for any sale steam and if you want to automate your sales process you should check this out.

Lead Management is what I like best.

The limit to the amount of active leads you can have in the DB

make it unlimited leads and stop the bounce rate on marketing email.

Just the ease of use. Customisation is poor, flexibility is horrible and service is apalling

No customisation, god awful reporting

only if you are a team of less than 10 sales rep with a simple saas sales process, consider this product. otherwise stay away
