What differentiates HubSpot Sales Hub from other similar products?
Hubspot is the only online CRM that has the Chrome extension to use for populating contact information from a prospect's website. And gives you an instant notification of when an email has been opened, along with email marketing campaign analytics as well as your company website visits analytics so that you can do focused prospecting to companies that have show interest in your company and it's offerings.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The sales funnel allows you track your pipeline and easily input your sales activity, so you are always on top of your current opportunities.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Sometimes you would get a false positive read on the open email notifications and sometimes you would get head office information on a prospect that was in another country versus the local office, but that was not too bad. The phone dialing integration I found to be slow and clunky, I could dial my numbers much faster manually.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Like any application, really take some time to learn it's efficiencies. And take full advantage of automated email marketing campaigns because the analytics of who opened, who clicked on links etc will help with focused phone call campaigns.
