What differentiates Salesforce Sales Cloud Enterprise from other similar products?

1.- Its an easy to use product for a day to day work. 2.- You can involve all deppartments on it, IT, Sales, MKT, Growth, etc 3.- More ways of doing personalizations.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect is regarding sales, how you can track all activities since a MQL to a Close Won and how you can report the sales funnel. Its as easy as to manage a social network. Also all the integrations that you can do is amazing.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The Price.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

You dont have other options, try as much as you want but if you want a CRM to be personalized, efficient, easy to integrate with your other softwares, your only choice is Salesforce.
