What differentiates Salesforce Sales Cloud Enterprise from other similar products?

CRM is very easy to use by general user with minimum training. It is easy to implement in organization business with great customizable features that allow organisation to do analysis and sales tracking especially for the sales team. It allows easy tracking of opportunities and also one can attach event on any time.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Workflow rule and automation. Customizable report and dashboard. Lead management. Great interface that is easy to understand

What do you dislike most about this product?

The products comes with steep learning curve and it's so pricey

What differentiates Salesforce Sales Cloud Enterprise from other similar products?

Salesforce, among so many things has helped us to configure our workflow and make a little more visible what is happening around sales and touch with potential customers. Customer database maintenance is easy to do, we have integrated it with our marketing software to complement functions and streamline tasks, and the information we get around sales has helped us make strategic and logical decisions.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Salesforce is our trusted CRM, it is mainly used by our sales reps and management staff because of its ability to track and analyze all sales activities and results and so far it has performed flawlessly. I like its report generator, the information it provides allows us to have a preventive and predictive approach to business plans. Its user interface is well designed, the API is customizable and it integrates with a wide amount of third party tools.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The only negative is that the implementation of this software is long, takes a lot of time and in our case there have been some bugs in the implementation that luckily we have been able to solve with the help of their technical support.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is a unique CRM and one of the most complete that exist; the design is excellent and the functions it integrates are not very complex and quite useful for the work of sales reps, marketing and administration staff, in addition, it easily integrates with many third-party tools. Recommended.

What differentiates Salesforce Sales Cloud Enterprise from other similar products?

Before Salesforce, we tracked our sales using Excel spreadsheets, notebooks, and pieces of paper from client meeting notes that were difficult to keep organized. Salesforce transforms into a digital notebook to keep everything organized so that everyone can see the notes and know what is going on at all times. Bringing a massive organization with widely disparate policies and tools under a single technology stack is extremely difficult, but the power of a tool like Salesforce makes it possible, there appears to be nothing we can't do.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The level of flexibility and customization reminds me of previous generation tools, which felt like a million building blocks stacked and rearranged, but Modern Salesforce places some simplified guardrails around that experience. Unlike other CRM, I like Salesforce because it is simple to use and helps track the sale from start to finish. I like how I can quickly locate everything on the board in order to see my successes and failures. As you progress through the sales funnel process, advancing the chevrons in the stages helps you identify where you left off with the customer and what's needed to complete the sale.

What do you dislike most about this product?

When we first adopted, we had some issues with the setup to fit the styles and format of the way we sell in our company, and it took some time to resolve those issues. In today's SaaS market, almost every significant functional customization you want must come with a hefty price tag. When it comes to building new features, I miss the days of shooting from the hip.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Prepare to work much more quickly than in the past. This CRM allows you to move on to the next lead while also returning to your original lead and picking up right where you left off. Save time looking for meeting notes to refresh your memory of what happened, conducting research, completing tasks, and much more. Because the tool can do so much, your business policies may suffer if technical functions take precedence over business needs.
