It was initially difficult to collect, manage, and close deals with users while using Excel to handle all of this data, but now it is amazing, we can easily monitor and call the data of customers, or prospects, we can easily have your ongoing follow-up and your schedule for your next follow-up as well. The primary issue we tackled was having a single source of truth for all consumer data. Having a single repository for all client information ensures the data's accuracy and aids your business's decision-making process at all levels.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It enables people to attain significant success in their working environment. This software's user interface and user experience were excellent. It is fairly simple to acquire or obtain account information. Salesforce is without a doubt the world's most powerful CRM. Within the system, you may create any sales process scenario. If your team's data flow and data hygiene are strong, it is dependable and can assist business choices based on your information.
What do you dislike most about this product?
When compared to other CRM, the option in sales force software is not easy to use; the options in the platform are quite tough to understand; and a person who is just starting his career with sales force may have some difficulties. If the basic/generic sales force setup does not work for your company, you will most likely need someone to set it up for you, such as a developer or sales force expert. The Salesforce mobile app is terrible. The app's user experience is utterly wrong, and there haven't been any substantial upgrades in years. They should completely overhaul the app experience.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you're searching for a CRM that can help you tailor lead monitoring and tracking, as well as assess the quality of leads and their sources, you can rely on the sales force to not only accomplish that, but also to assist you. to assess consumer requirements Consider hiring an outside sales force professional to assist you with implementation. Very simple to navigate via the various categories, such as contacts and possibilities. Integration with other programs like Front, Wingman, Conga Documentation, Salesloft, etc., is relatively simple. Enables the tracking, sharing, and using of data and comments for sales and problem-solving scenarios. For businesses dealing with enormous amounts of data, Salesforce is incredibly helpful.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Thanks to its opportunity Management feature, we can obtain a thorough image of our team's deals. We may quickly view the stage, the products, the rivals, quotes, and other data. We can follow our leads from click to close while continuously adjusting our efforts across all channels. The contract section is well orderly and structured; the high degree of detail provides a thorough understanding; the system of folders and subfolders is quite helpful, and the Chatter system is simple.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The management of all fields, all apps, etc., can become difficult due to flexibility, customizations, and adaption. In actuality, user onboarding has been more challenging than anticipated. Although it is not a technical problem, the product provider should provide better help. Cannot connect to any other systems without updating to a different program.

The approach benefits firms and offers a quick return on investment. It has excellent integration skills. It's simple to utilize the application.
