Excellent CMR software to start your business

What differentiates Salesforce Sales Cloud Enterprise from other similar products?
The reason why I decided for Salesforce among so many other CRM softwares, is because without any software or hardware download, while you are connected to an internet platform and with the Sales Cloud account you can enter from any device, which has made my task as founder and manager of Quality Futures easier and maintain a totally pleasant contact with my clients.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Unlike other CMR softwares, Salesforce not only contains features for it, but also includes multiple tasks. So much that he is in charge of managing small companies with document storage resources, and follow up with clients that are linked to the company.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I think my only complaint with the software would be to design better the mobile applications, they should be more visually developed, from there I am quite satisfied with the results I have obtained with the use of Salesforce.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I use Salesforce to help organize hot/cold opportunities, with data points attached to each opportunity, including notes, timestamps and attachments. Salesforce also helps me manage my opportunities in a very organized way, based on where they are in the sales cycle, deal size, next steps, etc. Another great aspect of Salesforce is that it has helped me improve forecasting accuracy so that I can properly track my personal projects to achieve my sales goals.

What differentiates Salesforce Sales Cloud Enterprise from other similar products?
We are using Salesforce to keep all the customer information of the company in an efficient way. We can add tasks to the different participants, as well as track them, we can also place priority activities and keep a complete control of the customers and the sales process of each one, this way, we are more organized and focused on meeting our goals.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
One of the most important features is that it has mobile access, so we can be aware of our customers and activities outside the office. The fact that we have all our clients' files and documents in the same program is very useful and saves us time. It has a very simple interface and nothing complicated to use, so its learning curve was very low.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Sometimes it has created duplicate information, which prevents us from keeping customer data in order. Although it is possible to customize some aspects and modules, it can be a laborious and complicated task. The program tends to slow down, especially if several tabs are kept open at the same time, which forces us to close some modules and this slows down the work considerably.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Perfect for a scenario where I am collecting customer applications throughout the year, soliciting from various entities of my customers. I mean one entity will send requests in March, another in July and another in December. Another entity will send 4 solicitations in January and 2 solicitations in September. Salesforce helps me to regroup these requests and understand the entity's policies. I still have to manually import the data, but as long as the data is structured, it is easy to manipulate it later and provide some intelligence for the business story. Bad scenario It is difficult to collect unstructured data to add to Salesforce.
