What differentiates Salesforce Sales Cloud Enterprise from other similar products?

This is a software that we have always used as a crm for our company and with each update is much better and more complete. In my case I use it to efficiently manage all my sales and the relationship with my clients and potential clients. I love that it is multichannel and has in a single program all the information from social networks, email and also a crm where I can have my tasks organized.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It allows me to monitor all social media interactions, from comments to private messages. It also has a budget and order management, which we can easily manage and make sales more quickly without the need for other programs.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I wish that just as it has a very efficient order and budget management, it could also have an invoicing one, which would allow us to charge our customers without needing another program. It would be the perfect software if it had a call center, to meet the needs of our customers that way too.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Since we have had this software as our company's main crm, we are more than satisfied with it, as it helps us to improve our productivity and increase our performance. And although it certainly requires improvements, it is the most efficient and complete we have used, that is why we are not switching to another one.

What differentiates Salesforce Sales Cloud Enterprise from other similar products?

Great for large organizations with specific outlets. It's good for upper management to have consistency for all employees, but users can't customize it, but I guess it's by design that banker qualification and progress are consistent across the board. Scenarios where deal approvals and deal momentum can be done at the push of a button, generate monthly progress reports. It is also used to measure the performance of our business development teams and the ROI of marketing spend and specific spend for closed deals.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

All information, strategies and data must go through the same funnel to track, locate and communicate everything. Salesforce Sales Cloud allows us to track any customer's history to better address inquiries and provide unlimited tracking of past data. This feature helps us manage customers. Salesforce is essential for accessing customer data. It is the most widely used CRM software in the market and has drastically improved the efficiency of managing customer accounts and allows us to manage customers by setting up activities for follow-ups or copy emails directly to Salesforce from email.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It would be nice to have more guided tutorials to help set up new fields or features. If a user creates a record and that user is no longer active, they cannot make changes to that record unless an administrator changes the owner of the record. When there is an error message, it is of no help to the typical user. Performance and speed, even on modern browsers and computers, are sometimes not so good.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Organize leads, contacts, interactions and other data. A large sales department or customer service unit would benefit from this. Everyone should give it a try. The success of this tool depends on teamwork, it remains the number one force in the market for companies of all sizes and industries that market services and track account growth and lead base.
