What differentiates Salesforce Sales Cloud Enterprise from other similar products?

Salesforce represents in our company the main tool for sales and production planning due to its high quality in the matter, with a series of tools that provide us with interesting data that keep us leaders in the market in different sectors, Salesforce fulfills a great role within the companies when planning, directing, modifying and buying raw materials for the elaboration of our productions.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is an excellent CRM system, the projections it provides on the sales forecast are excellent as well as its graphics and data, keeping the security of the company and our sales force up to date. The user interface is very simple and practical making it easy to use, entering data does not represent a headache, on the contrary, it is very easy to make continuous use of the tool and get good results.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The mind maps should be better complemented in terms of sales information, the integrations can be a little difficult to execute causing delay, however, with the passage of time can be improved in the use of the tool. Sometimes it can be overloaded with unnecessary information, but it is nothing that can not be improved in future updates. Customer service has a lot of room for improvement.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is an excellent tool that has helped us to automate our workflows, it has solved a lot of order and management problems we had in this area. Sometimes the implementation can be a headache for some companies, therefore, it may require third parties to provide support to know how the tool really works and to adapt it to the needs of the company in question.

What differentiates Salesforce Sales Cloud Enterprise from other similar products?

Salesforce Sales Cloud has been essential for our Sales and promoting team to trace manage and analyze our sales pipeline. The adoption has been considerably higher than different tools utilized in past. Competition is no where near the ease of exploiting this solution for our CRM goals. Straightforward to keep teams on a similar page. Straightforward to organize activities into campaigns and to track the effectiveness of said campaigns.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It’s an extremely extensible development platform where customers can do most configurations for more environments with clicks without coding and is supported by a tremendous educational platform, Trailhead, so most changes are done without a major learning curve. I’m perpetually able to leverage the innovative enhancements that are delivered three times per year as a part of the major upgrades and enjoy working with the tool even in my spare time.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Some options can seem to be overwhelming if you’re not trained. The coaching itself can be a touch confusing. However, there are lots of YouTube videos that can fill in the items.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Sales Cloud was already top-notch within the market however they updated the package to include HVS and Einstein components that are PHENOMENAL. It makes so much more sense and the evaluation finally reflects the full capability without nickeling and diming the customer.
