What differentiates Salesforce Sales Cloud Enterprise from other similar products?
This is actually the first CRM i have ever used
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The way that leads move along the process. It's so intuitive
What do you dislike most about this product?
Sometimes I confuse leads and prospectives, so i unintentionally duplicate them
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
This has a very good user interface, but that doesn't necessarily mean it's intuitive or if you can use it "out of the box". However, salesforce has great resources, and the sales team is very good at explaining features. Don't rush into everything thinking you'll be an expert overnight.It's a powerful program with lots of capabilities and lots to learn.
