What differentiates Salesforce Sales Cloud Enterprise from other similar products?
Salesforce represents in our company the main tool for sales and production planning due to its high quality in the matter, with a series of tools that provide us with interesting data that keep us leaders in the market in different sectors, Salesforce fulfills a great role within the companies when planning, directing, modifying and buying raw materials for the elaboration of our productions.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It is an excellent CRM system, the projections it provides on the sales forecast are excellent as well as its graphics and data, keeping the security of the company and our sales force up to date. The user interface is very simple and practical making it easy to use, entering data does not represent a headache, on the contrary, it is very easy to make continuous use of the tool and get good results.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The mind maps should be better complemented in terms of sales information, the integrations can be a little difficult to execute causing delay, however, with the passage of time can be improved in the use of the tool. Sometimes it can be overloaded with unnecessary information, but it is nothing that can not be improved in future updates. Customer service has a lot of room for improvement.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It is an excellent tool that has helped us to automate our workflows, it has solved a lot of order and management problems we had in this area. Sometimes the implementation can be a headache for some companies, therefore, it may require third parties to provide support to know how the tool really works and to adapt it to the needs of the company in question.

The best customer relationship management tool

What differentiates Salesforce Sales Cloud Enterprise from other similar products?
Keeping track of customer contacts, sharing accounts and possibilities across the business, and having the option to tailor information relevant to financial services customers.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
We utilize all features, create pipeline reports, send mailings (to specific audiences), integrate website contact forms, and overall take care of everything we need from a CRM and fundamental marketing perspective. Before beginning, we imported all previous data using https://dataloader.io/ (works well as our data was previously organized in Excel).
What do you dislike most about this product?
The built-in restrictions, such as the inability to create report folders or use the Salesforce API, which limits access to third-party solutions, can occasionally be annoying. But for the price, it's a great deal, and after we use up this version, we'll upgrade.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
My favorite is Salesforce because of its simple layout. You'll discover that using it is straightforward after a few adjustment periods. Furthermore, salespeople constantly upgrade their talents, which keeps them one step ahead of the competition. Another thing I like about Salesforce is how quickly it can be set up; compared to other CRMs, this one deploys quite rapidly! Salesforce may become more complex as new features and functions are added, but overall, it is still manageable. Although Salesforce isn't the cheapest customer relationship management program available, it delivers the best outcomes, making the cost well worth it.
