What differentiates Salesforce Sales Cloud Enterprise from other similar products?

Salesforce Sales Cloud is the tool we use in our company to forecast revenue and potential customers with a great set of features that provide confidence and scalability in our data, managing to capture potential customers and designing constant marketing campaigns that allow us to give greater visibility to our products and services, keeping us at the forefront in the different markets where we make ourselves known.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is the best customer management tool we have found, providing great confidence among our users and with an excellent ease of use, the tool has adapted very well in our company in a short period of time and is now one of our main working assets, achieving the possibility of increasing our revenue by attracting customers and keeping our campaigns in the right places.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There are still things to improve in the tool, however, the tool moves in a great way within the marketing world, some options are still very young and present slight flaws, but nothing that can not be solved. The customer service could be a little better trained as sometimes they fail to help us solve our problems, leading us to use or call third parties to make such configurations on the platform.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The platform is a good base to start in the world of marketing and customer acquisition, recommended to small and medium businesses, Salesforce Sales Cloud has been improving over the years and although its customer service is not entirely good, the tool provides a satisfactory experience increasing the productivity of all our sales agents, who have quickly become familiar with the tool and its features.

What differentiates Salesforce Sales Cloud Enterprise from other similar products?

The first areas where Salesforce Sales Cloud was offered were technology, sales, and marketing. After using an internal CRM for several years, we moved our B2B sales operations to Salesforce Sales Cloud. The implementation was straightforward. We were fortunate to have someone with some Salesforce knowledge on our team.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The complete integration ecosystem has so many partners and apps that it looks like anything is possible (even though you might discover that feasible doesn't necessarily mean easy to do). The overall product roadmap is one of the best on the market. The most flexible system offers the highest capacity of any CRM or sales solution.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The fact that Salesforce is a collection of purchases sold as a single cloud solution should be clear. Rigidity and substantial modification in the default object architecture. The necessity of heavily depending on implementation partners' recommendations. Anyone who spends the day in front of a computer must be subject to two-factor authentication. Given how limited and often subpar support is for Salesforce, you have a higher chance of finding a solution.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Salesforce Sales Cloud is one of the most powerful platforms for the sales division. We have used this for a long time. This is the only way to match the many reliable and potent features. Software that is highly useful for keeping track of a business's customer base. The software makes it simpler to maintain crucial client data centrally. But if you run into any problems, you may get in touch with the personnel.
