What differentiates Salesforce Sales Cloud Enterprise from other similar products?

It has started a lead tracking management system initially so that it will be easy for real estate, interiors, insurance, and brokerage companies to track the leads and the importance of the connecting them back.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect of this product would be giving the day-to-day reminders of the leads to connect and the application makes sure that we do it at that particular time. So that we don't miss the important leads which give business to the company and incentives to the salespeople who are all closing the deal.

What do you dislike most about this product?

This product is totally amazing, but it would be great If they include additional features like filtering out the distribution of leads from the sources where we got those leads so that it will be easy for the salespeople to target the important leads based on the sources of the leads and the high budget leads to close the deal.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I will definitely recommend this Salesforce application who are starting a new company to track leads and manage them and target the prospects as soon as possible to grow the business. This Salesforce application will take you to the heights that people are looking for in the industry.

integration with existing data source systems

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

its integration with e-mail, automatically saving e-mails to contacts in Salesforce with no extra steps needed

What do you dislike most about this product?

Wrap text is not the default, I would prefer to see more information than less as the default

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Involve every aspect of the business in user testing, not just direct users, so they have an idea of what the system can and cannot do, this will give everyone a better overview of its capabilities and lead to less assumptions from other departments who don't actually use it
