What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My most favourite aspect of the SF product apart from the UI/UX is the seamless integration with other softwares. This feature has made my CRM journey very smooth. You can experience the synergy as Salesforce Cloud Enterprise effortlessly weaves into your tech toolkit. It's not just compatibility; it's a personalised blend, optimising your workflows and maximising the value of your unique tech investments. What do you dislike most about this product?

I don't particularly dislike any feature of SF personally but i have few recommendations. SF can really work on it's pricing for the customer at the lower end of the spectrum. I have many small business owner friends who just started their business and want to integrate their journey with SF. So the pricing for me would be the part where SF can think on and leverage the economies of scale.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
