I think they stand pretty well against salesforce and oracle. I think it’s their customer support team that wins me over

I love the user friendly layout and ease of use in general of the product

I think some of their capabilities could be enhanced, such as client contact organization

Just the ease of use. Customisation is poor, flexibility is horrible and service is apalling

No customisation, god awful reporting

only if you are a team of less than 10 sales rep with a simple saas sales process, consider this product. otherwise stay away
