What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Adding a company by typing/pasting only the domain of the company and a wealth of information is made available by Hubspot such as the revenue of the company, location, company size, and the industry, this information is made available without the need for us to do basic research on the target audience. It has tons of features and capabilities which makes it one of the best CRM tool.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Hubspot CRM pricing is a bit higher compared to other similar CRM products and there is no customer support for the users on the free plan
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Hubspot is an ideal CRM tool for any team, it can be used across different teams both sales and marketing teams without the need for additional CRM tools, it is very easy to set up and comes with a free edition for a small team and becomes a bit pricing for someone that wants to go for the premium option.

HubSpot works well for end users and helps sales people easily see what is going on with contacts in the CRM.

Building reports can be a little confusing.

What differentiates HubSpot Sales Hub from other similar products?
HubSpot is easy to implement and fairly intuitive to use.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite feature is the email sync so that when reviewing a contact all info and emails are all together.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There are lots of features that can be used but feel like they just complicate the process. I am into keeping it simple so many features are not used.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
HubSpot is easy to use and implement. Don't get bogged down into all it can do or it can be overwhelming. Use what you need and expand to additional features as you need. I wasted too much time building some features out only to realize that I never use them.
