What differentiates HubSpot Sales Hub from other similar products?

They make everything way more intuitive and simple to use. Fast to setup, fast to establish email campaigns. It just works. However, when going from startup to small business, the price jump is big enough that there is a question of small business scalability.

The ease of use and setup.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The price and their CMS platform.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

IF you can stomach the price, do it. Otherwise, look for something that works for small to medium size businesses.

Requires lots of training and roll outs the more features you use and can be complex for users the more it is expanded.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Consider your overall strategy including marketing technology, if its just a CRM you need its not lively to be the best fit as it's geared to upsell into different solutions such as inbound marketing and websites.
