Great CRM for startups and mid-sized orgs

What differentiates HubSpot Sales Hub from other similar products?
It's much more user-friendly and intuitive for me than some other similar products (like Salesforce). I appreciate it's learning hub and the way it's structured (that's important for me as a junior specialist). Also, numerous integrations with other products like Gmail and Apollo make my life so much easier.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The all-in-one sales management system that helps keep records and share them with the team.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Sometimes the tracking of lead activities (like open rate) is inaccurate.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Show the tool to your team to make sure that people understand how they're going to collaborate in the hub. Otherwise, it won't be used efficiently.

What differentiates HubSpot Sales Hub from other similar products?
Hubspot is a great lead management tool, and allows me to create a workflow that leads to success. My only criticism is that sometimes it can feel clunky.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I love how well it integrates with other sales tools that I use. For example I use aircall as well, and all the calls I make are available in Hubspot for a second listen.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The user interface can feel clunky at times. For example sometimes I feel there is a lot of clicks to get to the feature I want.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Take time to learn what every feature does and how it integrates with whatever tech stack your using.

What differentiates HubSpot Sales Hub from other similar products?
From my experience with Hubspot, I feel the feature that differentiates it the most from similar products is the Sequences & Workflows features. Sequences are incredibly user friendly with great customization and user tasking. The workflows you can set up are much easier to understand and utilize in comparison to others I've used. Hubspot has terrific integration with other apps you use and your website as well, like setting up forms on your website and the tracking and analytics that come with it. Hubspot's ease of use across it's various features are what separates it and their competitors.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite aspect of Hubspot Sales Hub is the sequence feature. Sequences are one of the primary ways we communicate with our clients and the set-up/ creation of them is as simple as it gets. Being able to set up tasks in-between automated email sends like Calls or Manual Email follow ups are extremely helpful when sending to a group that may require more attention or focus compared to a simple multi-step automated email. Like I previously mentioned, Hubspot's ease of use truly shines here when comparing other sequencing features from similar products.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Generally I feel quite positive toward Hubspot, so these are mainly minor issues in the grand scheme of things. That being said, I feel like Hubspot can improve some aspects of setting up Client Data to use for sequences. Importing lists into Hubspot is easy, but I wish managing those import lists was easier than it currently is. I track import dates of specific lists so I can easily go through and find which one I'm looking for, but a search function could save a lot of time. There are also issues of properties in imports like of "company name" not transferring, but you are able to update it when enrolling the contacts in sequences.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I feel confident in recommending Hubspot Sales Hub to anyone considering it! The ease of use is second to none, Sequences and Workflows are the best I've used, and pricing/rates are fair for what you're using. The collaboration it enables with your team is great, and it integrates incredibly well with a ton of other apps and products you may use for your business. To keep it simple, Hubspot Sales Hub is a 9 out of 10!
