Hubspot allows you to pay for exactly what you need, without pushing the features that you don't need. It is cost-effective to enable a small business to use it and improve their efficiency without tying you into an over-featured product.

CRM, Products, Quoting

What do you dislike most about this product?

Cannot customize Product types beyond stock status. Hard to provide a customized monthly cost.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you're a small business looking for a customer management and quoting tool at a very feasible cost, this is absolutely what you should use. We are a small company of 6 people, and we are very happy with the expansion that Hubspot has given us. We will be long-term Hubspot clients and hope to grow in our use of their products as we grow.
