Templates and Sequences and the integrations into Outlook and other software.

Certain integrations are branded unless you have Enterprise.

Try the Starter Hub and as you need more features you can increase your subscription type.

Highly customisable and the ability to pull all prospect tracking into one place - emails, opens, website views, document opens, form downloads, ad clicks etc

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Ability to track prospect engagement with messaging and ability to phone out from the product

What do you dislike most about this product?

It took me a long time to migrate data from previous CRM

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I highly recommend for a small to medium size SaaS business
