What differentiates HubSpot Sales Hub from other similar products?

Hubspot has the best integration tools, that suit the modern requirements of doing business. It has taught our organisation to leave the old way of traditional sales to the current and modern way of doing business. No cold calls, but perfect prospecting from Hubspot capabilities. Our departments now work closely from, content, marketing and sales. The Hubspot CRM, perfectly synchronise all our admin. We can filter leads, customise templates, create contacts, track all sales stages from prospecting, development to closed deals. Integration of calendars for meetings, appointments. Onboarding and Hubspot academy certification makes it the best.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I can create my own templates. Develop more skills by getting certified. I can own my contacts, and my progress is visible to members. Make my own appointments as per my schedule with the use of the meeting links. Can easily track my progress on all tasks. Ultimately I can track my performance, by reviewing all my activities on my dashboard.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Accessibilty- Hubspot limits other features, you have to request authorisation from management. For example, each time I create a deal I cannot send the quote with an e-signature, because I have limited access. I have to request an admin, once completed then they make me the deal owner. I would like to own such kinds of features alone.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The best software there's post-Covid. It makes business easier. With Hubspot prospecting, you are guaranteed that you will win 80% of your sales deals. It's not only limited to sales, but you can tailor-make your business model integrating all departments. E.g Content, marketing etc.

What differentiates HubSpot Sales Hub from other similar products?

I have used SFDC in the past but after switching to HubSpot, it is easy navigate and use all the features at fullest. You don't need a developer and integration specialist to use it.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Sequences, activity feed, and sales analytics.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Privacy should be there from in terms of viewing one sales rep content to another.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Go for it. It offers lots of functionalities that will definitely improves your sales pipeline.
