What differentiates HubSpot Sales Hub from other similar products?

The massive number of features available in the CRM alone blew me away. Even more so when I realized you could use the CRM for free. I’ve recently recommended two of my top biking clients: Women Who Risk and Stop Bully Culture upgrade to one of their higher paying plans. There is no sales system I found—and we tried over 50+ other apps and tools that even came close.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The deal pipeline. It is a clear, simple and visually to always know exactly where every single one of your prospects is an a deal pipeline. And it improves our sales and our capacity make sales so much because you can have a quick snapshot of you with everything or you can very quickly get an in-depth review and it doesn’t take you like 20 minutes running reports it’s very efficient.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There’s really not a lot that Dislike honestly. Maybe wish they had one plan it was a little bit more affordable just for the ultra strong out but I don’t know it’s hard to say because even the free plan is so good that you almost don’t even need that!

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I’ve tried over 50 CRM’s and I go back to this one for myself and I recommend it to almost all of my clients. The only ones I don’t recommend it to you if they have some other complex system already set up but usually I recommend Hubspot sales

What differentiates HubSpot Sales Hub from other similar products?

It has similar features to other products like salesforce. However, this is what we use at my current company. The onboarding and training is very in depth, the support team is responsive, and creating sequences and moving people through the sales pipeline is a breeze.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect of HubSpot is the ability to customize and automate sequences of outreach. I love that I can create relevant email templates, set times for them to go out, and reminders for when I should call the lead in the sequence. It takes a lot of the work out of sales by automating the minutiae.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes it has a failure to load, it won't log what I've tried to save, and on one occasion it bugged out and sent an email to a prospect 4 times within 30 seconds.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Have a super admin controlling everything. We have 2 super admins, including myself. This is critical for determining who can edit different fields on contact cards, create sequences, workflows, etc. It is paramount that only someone with the knowledge to correctly execute operations has this power.
