Hubspot is customizable with lots of tools and features.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Ability to create workflow automation and lead generation strategies.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Other external app integrations are not compatible. Hubspot is costly. The Mobile app needs more improvement.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Think about long term plans and consider the cost if that's feasible for you before start building your customer data and workflow, otherwise it will be challenging to migrate.

It's not just a CRM, and it's crazy powerful in terms of it meeting Sales, Marketing, and Service needs.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
How all the Hubs work together.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It's expensive for us as Partners, but we need all the tools in order to be able to help clients use it.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Focus on getting rid of external tools and integrating/using HubSpot's features as much as possible.

Take a long close look, it’s brilliant, but the scope can be huge. It starts for CrM only and is free for more or less unlimited users and contacts. But adding in functionality takes the price up, so consider carefully what you need
