What differentiates HubSpot Sales Hub from other similar products?

As we grew as a company we had to implement new systems for multiple functions, with HubSpot We use this software mainly for its core use, which is tracking and closing sales. As well as for tracking information, we were able to manage our leads and follow up with them. The easily accessible reports and suggestion templates allowed us to send better emails to customers and it works with other marketing systems.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

We have a lot of utility in creating and tracking goals that are set through meetings, and by automatically collecting customer data (regular and non-regular) it facilitates communication and resolution of customer issues related to marketing and sales.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Many times the interface is somewhat disorganized and therefore the information we add about projects seems stagnant, which creates difficulty in accessing our specific information, it would be very appropriate that the Contacts page could have more filtering functionality through other properties such as Deals or Activities as the LISTS function can do.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

HubSpot is well suited to help a sales organization manage customer and prospect outreach. it is also easy to manage internally. Little to no external support is needed to customize the solution because it is a solid CRM and does a great job on basic features like storing our CRM data, doing outreach.

What differentiates HubSpot Sales Hub from other similar products?

HubSpot's Sales Hub is excellent for managing sales and marketing campaigns. This platform is ideal for lead generation, and it is easy to set up pipelines, track contacts, log notes, and schedule follow-ups. Its marketing automation features are well-known, but it also has CRM features to track our sales pipeline, opportunities, probabilities, and activities. Despite being a simple CRM, it's a helpful tool. Thus, it is unique from its competitors.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

HubSpot Sales Hub has been the start of our digital transformation. It boosted our close rate, sales volume, contact database, and usable data. It has an easy-to-use interface and simplifies reports. The platform is robust and meets business requirements. Integration with marketing and other business facets is seamless. It's helping us see revenue, make accurate projections, and integrate our sales team.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The interface is unorganized, and project information can be cluttered, making it difficult to find specific information. Because we have global clients, we sometimes deal with different currencies, but the exchange rate tool isn't always accurate. The platform is slower with large amounts of data.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

HubSpot Sales Hub is easy to use, has many functional options, and helps sales teams gather data. It enabled us to be onboard and train salespeople quickly. It's easy to filter out unnecessary leads and focus on relevant ones, making it suitable for businesses. My vote is yes!
