Hubspot is powerful and scalable but costly.

Hubspot is customizable with lots of tools and features.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Ability to create workflow automation and lead generation strategies.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Other external app integrations are not compatible. Hubspot is costly. The Mobile app needs more improvement.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Think about long term plans and consider the cost if that's feasible for you before start building your customer data and workflow, otherwise it will be challenging to migrate.

What differentiates HubSpot Sales Hub from other similar products?
It's the most excellent tool for me to coordinate the marketing, sales, and product teams. The platform's operation is significantly more user-friendly than the tools for analytics and reporting. Chat and email management in one location and the option to move between the two types of communication in the inbox is easy for me.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite feature of Hubspot is that it offers a unified platform for all of the firm's B2B-related operations. Streamlining and integrating the workflow and tracking the return on investment of my effort is beneficial. The academy has also provided me with a solid foundation of knowledge. Because of my use of Hubspot, my marketing and product teams are better able to collaborate.
What do you dislike most about this product?
One thing we don't like about my company is how limiting the user interface is for customers to see their issues and chats. Getting the data, I need from reporting is a challenge for me. My understanding is that they are still in testing and development, so expect things to become better.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Regarding customer service, HubSpot is a terrific all-in-one solution that you can utilize for anything. Communicate openly about your issues and concerns. The academy is fantastic; it provides a wealth of helpful information. I like that the staff doesn't attempt to rip us off by proposing services we don't need but instead strives to assist us in finding the best solution.
