Requires lots of training and roll outs the more features you use and can be complex for users the more it is expanded.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Consider your overall strategy including marketing technology, if its just a CRM you need its not lively to be the best fit as it's geared to upsell into different solutions such as inbound marketing and websites.

It's a good fit if we don't know web design and prefers drag-and-drop landing pages and email templates. It offers a clear, easy-to-use CRM with powerful add-ons. Having used other solutions, including Salesforce, I like the filtering, task management, and integrations. HubSpot Sales Hub helps teams manage a growing contact database, follow up effectively, and report on what's working. We reap the benefits of increased visibility within our organization, more effective referrals, and improved close rates. It stands out from other CRMs.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
HubSpot Sales Hub helps teams manage a growing contact database and follow up effectively. Its user-friendly interface makes CRM, Marketing, and integration simple to navigate and its modern-looking automation tools are simple to operate. Easy-to-use automation tools and a modern look and feel. Transparency, higher referral, and closing conversion rates are the benefits. It helped us build a strong pipeline, which allows our business as we convert leads into customers. The app's appointment reminders and organizational features are invaluable.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The Sales Dashboard needs improvement. Their app test account needs more live data interaction, making it hard to test custom apps on accurate data. If a client emails us, we import it into HubSpot manually. Even if we don't have an add-on, future thread messages will go to HubSpot Sales Hub.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
HubSpot Sales Hub helps our clients and us keep track of leads and potential clients. Plus, its paid features automate daily interaction with authorities so business owners can focus elsewhere. HubSpot's user-friendliness, ease of configuration, and excellent filters help us see our sales process and stale Deals. Excellent work, team! HubSpot Sales Hub is highly recommended.

What differentiates HubSpot Sales Hub from other similar products?
HubSpot maintains order and provides several organizing tools that reduce mistakes and wasted time. Its CRM is also simple to use. It's also great that people may fully customize their experiences and delve into them if they want to. Our team was able to design uniform templates for our landing sites and emails, which freed us up to concentrate on the information we were producing and disseminating.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Integrating Hubspot, capturing leads, and reporting data to help expand our database, increase revenue, and make wise business decisions. I've been using the software for a while and am impressed with how it's changed. We use hosting for our blog, form replies are handled by automated marketing emails, and I frequently use Hubspot Academy. Not just to learn more about the software but also to manage sales more effectively.
What do you dislike most about this product?
We have several teams at work, including developers, advertising teams, digital coordinators, and account managers. The calling feature can be complex for me at times. There are instances when the audio quality disappoints me, but there could be several reasons. It takes some time to produce, and occasionally it doesn't even create automatically, so I have to create tasks by hand.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
HubSpot is a straightforward but effective tool. On the one hand, beginners can utilise it with ease. However, it offers incredibly robust and potent functionality for experts. The most excellent feature of HubSpot is how user-friendly it is. It is simple to configure, easy to create reports and has unique filters that provide us better visibility into our sales process and stale Deals.
