What differentiates HubSpot Sales Hub from other similar products?

The HubSpot Sales Hub helps small and large businesses manage customer connections and sales processes. It can filter potential consumers so the sales rep can target them effectively. We can track salespeople's activities and so raise sales and corporate revenue. It will also improve the organization's organizational capabilities, allowing the work team to swiftly send an email to all target groups as an advertisement or notification, and follow up if the potential client does not react, increasing the company's new business volume.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I enjoy that everything I need is in the prospect's or account's file in Hubspot, so I can search for things quickly. Also, the prospects and tracking email opens/clicks. Our sales team uses Hub Spot CRM to track leads, deals, and prospects. It's a decent tool with decent support. So far, it's the best. I adore Hubspot's user-friendly UI for automating workflows and sequences. I really enjoy how it works with organizing calendar meetings and creating eSignature proposals.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Overall, everything works fine, but it needs greater connectivity with other apps so the user doesn't have to repeat entries and operations, which seems pointless. I also think the mobile app needs to be improved so the user can do more.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend using it for its great benefits, as it effectively organizes the sales teams in the organization, and explains a clear work methodology for them, enabling them to follow up on the smallest details with customers, which enables them to increase the ability to target new customers and thus increase sales volume.

What differentiates HubSpot Sales Hub from other similar products?

Very intuitive CRM system, has really nice features like Deal pipeline view which allows employees to visually see a lot of information on the same page. Great CRM tool for small and large businesses alike, like nice interface, clear and concise way to organise sales pipeline and creating deals. A lot of other softwares have similiar feautures just not as fine tuned

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Templates Tool, has allowed staff to save a lot of time and prevent wasting of time by repeating the same communication to each customer, this feature allows us to send personalised templates depending on how far along the pipeline a customer is.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There isn't really something I dislike about this product to be honest, it has done exactly what promised - maybe the pricing gets more expensive with more licences but that is as expected

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

10/10 would recommend if you are looking for a software that will manage your CRM in a very organised way, a must for any sales company, allows to set reminders, follow up, can use as CRM or sales pipeline in general - depending on needs.
