hubspot is easier to use than the other CRMs i looked at.

helpful features include live chat and keeping track of contacts with customers. using the new tools for making predictions is advantageous.

What do you dislike most about this product?

the price is high for the extra functions, and there are bugs from time to time.

My favorite aspect about this product is the its Lead Management tool. The way it helps in managing all the sales lead at one place.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I don’t the user interface of the product and it is complex and does not tailor to each user’s need.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I believe the product is expensive and it’s prices can be brought down to a reasonable point.
