It's free and robust. There are other paid website analytics tools, but everyone should start with this and go from there.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I can easily see the most important data about visitors to my website. It's very easy to install.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I wish Analytics & Google Search Console were all one thing.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Install it and get the data you need. Huge companies will need more, but a small business will have all they need.

Tools for reporting and visualizing specific site data up to 100 properties can be supported at once in a typical account. Setup for custom event tracking is simple.

What do you dislike most about this product?

All events are captured as one. If Google Analytics could segregate them without custom metric that would have been great

For tracking and analysing customer behaviour on a food e-commerce platform, Google Analytics is especially well suited. It offers a plethora of data on consumer activity, including the most popular goods, the most popular pages, and the origins of customers.
