What differentiates Google Analytics from other similar products?

It is one of the best tools in the market.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Live analysis of the visitors over the product and website tracking is one of the finest features of this software. Using this feature, we can track the live activities with their location, the number of clicks, the most visited pages ad much more. The tracking and tracking features are totally outstanding.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It is a very vast software having lots of features and takes a lot of time to learn all of them and use them with full potential. Complexity in implementing custom metrics. UI is a little messy and needs to be more organized.
