Easy to use, easy to see the value in the tool!

What differentiates Gong from other similar products?
I have not used products similar to Gong, but use other tools that provide efficiencies and feel that it was extremely easy for me to see the immediate value in the tool. It helped me in ways that I didnt know I needed and now, I can't really imagine having calls without Gong.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I appreciate that Gong notices things that I wouldn't such as words that I say too often, the amount that I speak vs. the other person on the call and more. It has allowed me to improve these conversations in ways I didn't know I needed to.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I don't have specific dislikes at the moment.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Gong allows you to stay in the moment during every call you have. Before Gong, I would furiously type notes during a meeting - sometimes they would get lost in my inbox, sometimes I would miss certain portions of the conversation, and sometimes taking notes would prevent me from coming up with a thoughtful response to client questions. Now, I am able to be fully present during my calls, better support my clients, and never miss anything in my calls.

What differentiates Gong from other similar products?
The way Gong provides product marketers access to customers is a game-changer
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The search feature is so immensely helpful. Users can search for keywords through all call transcripts, then see exactly where in the call that keyword was mentioned
What do you dislike most about this product?
Sometimes the audio transcription is off, but not enough that it distracts from the gist of the convo
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Absolutely get and use this product
