Great execution of an unnecessary product

What differentiates Gong from other similar products?
It's functionality is impressive! Truly the best in class and easier to deploy than other competitors.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The deal board is well visualized and incredibly helpful.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Asynchronous coaching and giving feedback to reps without them being there to engage in a discussion about it didn't lift rep performance the way we thought it would.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Give coaching to your team in person, not asynchronously.

What differentiates Gong from other similar products?
Gong is purpose-built for sales coaching. While looking at other solutions, it felt they were add-ons to a company's core platform. Gong's library of integrations was much more extensive than competitors as well, which is a huge plus.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Overall, big fan of the administration of the tool. Once you set it up, you rarely need to continue to develop or troubleshoot the solution. It's very much plug-and-play. The end users love the intuitiveness. And the managers love sales coaching and how AI helps speed that process up.
What do you dislike most about this product?
We simply need a better mobile interface. For those sales users constantly on the road, it would be a huge win to have a more intuitive and user friendly mobile interface so we can continue to have them use the platform like our laptop users do.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Try before you buy! Reach out to them for a POC, and make sure it meets your needs.
