What differentiates Gong from other similar products?
Gong is unique in its features, approach, flexibility, and usability. It combines everything I look for into one platform, unlike others that require add-ons or third party integrations to get everything.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The ability to search, sort, review, catalog, and tag calls and set followups and reminders. GONE are the days of frantically slacking myself notes or trying to jot them down without looking distracted on camera!
What do you dislike most about this product?
Nothing at all.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It's the name in this space for a reason. Like Salesforce to CRMs.

The power of conversation intelligence is amazing, it summarizes the call, easy to track keywords across the call and analyse the customer interaction is amazing Helps me and team empathize with customer based on relevant use case, Powerful filters help efficiently find the relevant calls to analyse
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Search and filter across the calls is powerfull. also capability of organizing calls to folders make life easier
What do you dislike most about this product?
Option to tag and highlight specific points in a call recording would be helpful to finally make conclusions about a use case across calls
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Come up with more AI features to help product team to get insights from calls across organisation For eg 1. Biggest pain point of customer 2. Most demanded features 3. Customer emotion 4. Customer delight factors, moments snippets from the video highlighting the moment

Gong Never Disappoints!

What differentiates Gong from other similar products?
I have never encountered such a great learning tool in terms of listening to my peers callbacks and implementing takeaways into my talk track.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Love the fact that calls are uploaded immediately and you can listen to any SDRs call (on other teams) and use it as a coaching lesson.
What do you dislike most about this product?
We don't really have Gong integrated with our tech stack besides Outreach and Zoom, BUT we don't need to.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you are trying to get SDRs stronger on the phones, Gong is the perfect tool to increase confidence and is a great coachable opportunity.
