What differentiates Gong from other similar products?
I switched to Gong because of its excellent functionality and proactive approach, but now I must admit that it was the feature called "trackers" that really helped it distinguish itself from the pack and helped customers set targets and work on improving themselves. The fact that it always provides accurate transcription is another distinctive and intriguing feature.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Overall, the Gong is functioning OK, but the recording aspect is more alluring because it provides extremely thorough search and transcript capabilities. In addition, it includes incredible stats and sophisticated analytics functionality to help us learn more about our customers' conversations and interests. Additionally, it is incredibly quick and simple to set up and start using.
What do you dislike most about this product?
My Gong recording occasionally takes a moment to open when I am writing the follow-up response following contact with a client. It provides causative link indicators with an excessive amount of weight, which negatively affects both its performance and our user experience. It is tough to filter a particular event from a specified date range or summary or to use inappropriate phrases.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Gong is a terrific tool that spares users the hassle of taking down notes because it records every client encounter automatically and has recently made it easier for you to review these recordings and find the information you seek from the chat. I greatly value its use because it provides robust and in-depth insights with simpler pricing structures.

An amazing tool with unbeatable functionality

What differentiates Gong from other similar products?
I frequently spend hours of talks, presentations, and proof of ideas with each customer. Our representatives value the recordings and transcripts, and it is quite simple to set up and incredibly intuitive. The ability to grant access to everyone within the company is the feature that has the greatest value.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Gong is my favorite tool which helped me hugely. I believe it is a game-changer tool for me. I had so many advantages 1. Gong is a connector that joins calls for us quickly and saves them so we don't have to take notes by ourselves. 2. With readily available best practices and simple evaluation tools, Gong makes coaching simple.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Finding calls is difficult, navigating inside calls is difficult; and it's nearly impossible to comprehend the pipeline management aspect of it. Some folks manage to do it. The one drawback is that I have not made it a point to block out time for more training to improve my ability to use the system.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It's so much easier to use Gong to quickly get information from prospects without having to comb through your own notes and view a visual record of your interactions with prospects. Gong is an ideal choice for teams managing a variety of conversations, both in terms of meetings vs. cold calls and platforms.

Great tool for customers' interatction records

What differentiates Gong from other similar products?
The AI is the best; it does help with the analytics portion of the call. I love that it shows the % of who spoke the most in a conversation, as it helps to coach and make yourself accountable.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The integration with Outlook and SalesForce is top-notch if you want a "one-source of truth" in client interactions and communications. You can easily see who from the team has interacted with the customer at any point, before and after-sales.
What do you dislike most about this product?
If you score a call using the mobile app, you have to do it in one go because the app won't save your score if you go back to pause the call; you will lose everything. The AI still needs to be worked a bit more on the transcript section because it is common to misspell words, especially for non-native English speakers.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you want to improve the visibility on your operations' and sales' teams efficiency, get this tool for your team!
