What differentiates Freshsales from other similar products?
Its user interface is excellent, and adding contacts and email campaigns go reasonably quickly. Too many benefits are offered by Freshsales, to name them all. But to get started, only a few functions are required. This allows users to construct follow-up systems with numerous client contact points. The brand-new duplication management system was a fantastic addition.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
We can stay in touch while automating the follow-up tasks. With the email builder, we have developed a variety of templates for each internal communication. The Freshsales dashboard is comprehensive, and I can produce most of the data I need for daily work. The best thing about them is how easy they are to use. I also like the lead-generating strategy because it is efficient and user-friendly.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Other sales CRMs have certain extra features. However, these either don't exist or can only be used with third-party software and processes. Still need development are APIs. The Hubspot migration is made more difficult by the built-in method's ineffectiveness. For staff unfamiliar with the product's technical aspects, it isn't easy to set up and utilize.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
By producing a profitable transaction for each lead that is imported into it, Freshsales helps to achieve specific goals. Deal management is largely user-friendly, much like all the other features. Your client lists in CSV or another compatible file format can be uploaded so that the contacts can be imported fast. The CRM has a built-in phone, user activity tracking, reporting tools, and an integrated email system.

What differentiates Freshsales from other similar products?
It is relatively easy to use, and the addition of the timeline view makes it helpful to have a variety of viewpoints. Creating reports is complex but immensely useful. Managing email campaigns in a professional and tailored way, separating contacts based on preset criteria, keeping track of changes in the situation, and immediately alerting our correspondents.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It's perfect for an adaptable, reasonably priced customer relations solution. Freshale's BEST feature is unquestionably an endless scope for modifications and integrations. As a result, users can create follow-up systems with various client contact points. It was a beautiful bonus to have a fresh end and a new future where duplications could be addressed.
What do you dislike most about this product?
This sales CRM lacks some of the "bells and whistles" seen in other ones or can only be used in conjunction with third-party products and workflows. Examples include "automatically remind me to follow up if I haven't heard back from this lead/customer" and "support for recurring deals."
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
We have a straightforward setup process that enables you to import your client data from an Excel file, in addition to simple menus, logically determined filters, customizable deal overviews, pipelines, and workflow automation. This software's functional scaling and ongoing advancements simplify tracking, planning, and auditing processes. Additionally, it makes it possible for management and sales teams to exchange precise real-time information.

What differentiates Freshsales from other similar products?
UI and breadth of features are amazing. Brought in so many features that it is not required to buy more tools and solutions for the sales and marketing process (eg: telephone, SMS, meetings, quote, and contract management)
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The interface is so cool and works without lag. Importing and exporting data is quick. Telephone and SMS Chatbot in website
What do you dislike most about this product?
No direct integration with Linkedin The sales team should be more proactive
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Cost-effective CRM and comes with a lot of features. Highly recommended for startup and mid-market segments. Not for large enterprises.
