What differentiates Freshsales from other similar products?

Those just getting their feet wet in the world of professional sales will find Freshsales to be an excellent CRM tool. This cloud-based customer relationship management system is packed with clever features and functionalities that can quickly elevate it to an indispensable tool for any sales organization.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

In terms of customer relationship management (CRM), Freshsales is one of the most comprehensive options available. There are, however, some restrictions, especially when it comes to personalization and handling social media. But for small and medium-sized firms on a tighter budget, it's a great choice.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There aren't many ways to personalize email campaigns and templates.There are no built-in lead creation features or social media management tools.The response time from customer support is often unacceptable.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Pipeline and dashboard views can be configured easily for the user.Features such as lead scoring and segmentation, as well as a general abundance of contact and lead management tools.Powerful analytics and reporting features for monitoring the status of your sales pipeline.Plans that are easy on the wallet and come with a lengthy free trial.

What differentiates Freshsales from other similar products?

We have received more support through the portal or live chat and many more advantageous deals as a result of using Freshsales. It has been an excellent choice to improve the company's bottom line.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

With its numerous features for secure lead qualification and sales opportunity management, it is an excellent solution. It helps me to locate leads, increase sales, manage customer connections, follow up thoroughly and follow up thoroughly on every opportunity. We are delighted with it because it responds well to our needs, is easy to use and has excellent customer service at all times.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Thanks to Freshsales, an excellent platform with many useful tools, my sales have increased. I don't have any problems.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Our company has experienced improved customer service, more successful sales approaches and added value by providing concrete and effective answers to all potential customer inquiries.

It's got a great UI, awesome support, lots of information on the support section and it's simple to use

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Workflow automation

What do you dislike most about this product?

Product limitations with Email account configuration, limitations on number of contacts under marketing automation and no deep integration with cookieless website analytics

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It's good for small and midsize businesses, extremely easy to use. But if you plan on having lots done under email marketing and automation then do check the limits under each plan and the scalibility options and pricing
