Confluence is a perfect tool for Knowledge Management and Document Management, they are well integrated with JIRA on task management which allows documentation seamlessly.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Seamless integration with JIRA, faster document development.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The mobile version of Confluence is not that friendly, would hope to see that get improved over time.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you are considering adopting Confluence for Knowledge Management, and have JIRA in place currently, this product will make your life a whole lot easier. Confluence has a rather short coming on its mobile version so if that is something you are heavily evaluating, please see if Mobile version is much needed.

What differentiates Confluence from other similar products?

Even though there are other task management options available, task implementation and management of CONFLUENCE is remarkably imperative and it is also the aspect that makes it unique and competitive in the market. CONFLUENCE is suitable for every firm, independent of its IT architecture, because of its versatility.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect is its automation and the fact that it can construct task reports on its own that are constantly refreshed with new assignments. It also automatically notifies members of the team of new work allocated to them. Whenever we add a task to project notes, it will be immediately distributed to all the places we want. There are also several file-sharing choices available allowing us to share documents in nearly any format.

What do you dislike most about this product?

This master project management solution does not bother me in the least. The only objection I have is that its pages are extremely overloaded with content, offering far too much for the customer to study on their first visit, which can be overwhelming.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Like you, I was concerned about whether it was appropriate for our needs or whether it would aid us in task management: Another issue was the complexity that the tool adds to management, but when we implemented it, we were blown away by how different it is from others in terms of functionality, scalability, flexibility, simplicity, and administration. You should give it a try.

CONFLUENCE is a superior and more proactive PM strategy that lets our team plan and collaborate without having to worry about keeping track of everything in one place because we can integrate any system or app to acquire data. Its decision-making capabilities and decision pages are so valuable and cut our work in half.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

CONFLUENCE equips us with the appropriate and powerful tools we need to collaborate, finish projects, manage tasks, and review tasks. CONFLUENCE has made it amazingly easy to build searchable documents. CONFLUENCE pages, on the other hand, are a significant plus in the features box: they are more engaging and may be used to schedule meetings, assign and prioritize tasks, and reach decisions.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The only drawback is that we must upload files rather than link to directories on our computer; nonetheless, uploading is a straightforward drag-and-drop operation. It can be difficult to make exact adjustments in this system. It may appear scary at first, but it is manageable once we get the feel of it.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This project management tool was a game-changer not only for me but for my entire team. Its amazing quality will shock and stun you with how well and properly and professionally it is crafted and structured. If you're looking for the best PM technology, go for it right away.
