What differentiates Confluence from other similar products?

Confluence has an excellent search feature. It also allows for very organized structure of documents, along with version history and access control features.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Confluence has excellent search to find any document accurately.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I dislike that Confluence does not have the best integration with other products such as Microsoft Teams.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would highly recommend Confluence for documentation of any kind. It is very versatile and easy to use.

Document Versioning.

Search is bit slow.

What differentiates Confluence from other similar products?

Confluence works like a 'wiki' allowing users to collaboratively create and edit content. It also has the function of a document manager incorporating automatic version control for attached files and the editing of the pages themselves. The content is structured in zones and supports third-party plugins that expand the possibility of the tool

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

With Confluence I have a collaborative portal, which makes it easier for you to find information as it is in a single repository, from which I can organize teamwork helping me to execute your projects on time. I can insert tables of contents, mention other users who will receive a notification via e-mail of the change or comment I have made. I can have my content under control since you can protect them with granular permissions, keep track of the changes that are made on the pages.

What do you dislike most about this product?

With confluence I have everything under control.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

With this application you can create meeting notes, project plans, include multimedia resources and dynamic content, you will make your presentations and projects unique, ask your team to leave comments on the pages, texts or files that you share.
