Great and efficient sales management platform

What differentiates ActiveCampaign from other similar products?
We have produced revenue and systematized our procedures thanks to the plethora of user data we've gained from Active Campaign. The platform indeed has more power than we typically utilize, but knowing that we have the right platform in place for now and can do a bit more is comforting.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite feature is the monthly support calls, which allow me to learn time-saving techniques and the ins and outs of complicated automation. ActiveCampaign's automation is fantastic. It's an excellent tool for visualizing client experiences, and the choices are limitless. The one-on-one customer service calls are beneficial. My only regret is that I didn't begin with AC in the beginning.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The "pay per contact" approach makes it prohibitively costly for individuals like us who require a significant number of leads to generate a profit. The Workflows are a little convoluted in their design and implementation. Large data sets may take a long to analyze, and we are wary of making too many database changes at once.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
To begin, set up a test configuration. The customer service will ask you many questions about your company and then show you how AC can best serve your requirements. The company showed the ActiveCampaign product's finer points throughout the demo. Using their expertise, you may learn how to construct reusable, automated campaigns.

Effective solution to strengthen email marketing

What differentiates ActiveCampaign from other similar products?
It simplifies everything when it comes to email marketing, saves time and energy for our entire staff as we funnel new customers and gather useful information to feed our CRM. We have been able to leverage every feature and automation this tool provides to optimize our email marketing.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
ActiveCampaign is very intuitive and easy to use, I have greatly enjoyed its features to make email marketing as effective as possible. Running email marketing campaigns is very easy now, through it we have been able to channel customers and establish good business relationships. It simplifies all the work involved in efficient marketing for us.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I wish it had more variety of templates and more freedom to customize the software, but it works great.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It's a pretty comprehensive tool when it comes to doing email marketing, its interface is pretty intuitive and its handling is pretty simple, I recommend it.
