What differentiates ActiveCampaign from other similar products?

We use this software to keep all our client marketing in an orderly fashion and in one control panel. We can keep track of the various communication channels and perform marketing through social media, email, website and text messages, so being close to our customers is very easy.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It allows us to perform customer segmentation for the launch of our campaigns, thus ensuring that the content of each campaign, is of interest to each customer. We can also track interactions on social networks and web pages, know the movements of users, the most visited sections and the number of clicks in each section.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Their mobile app doesn't have all the tools I would like, it would be great if they could add all the features of the web version, thus streamlining the work outside the office. Their templates for posts and marketing campaigns are not so modern and current anymore, I would like that in the next update they include more trendy templates.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

We use ActiveCampaign every day. We send our email newsletter to our customers. We also send a weekly newsletter and tracking our email open rates is very important for our business. In addition, we also use the split test option to send emails with better open rates. The automation part is very simple and we usually use it to automate many steps that used to be done manually.

What differentiates ActiveCampaign from other similar products?

ActiveCampaign emphasizes automation over a flashy UI. It has deep integrations (often via Zapier), simple workflow, and journey builders. The automation is easy to use and has many good features and a variety of ways to pay. My team and I have been working hard to grow our business, so we decided to build a website and keep a mailing list. It matches our website's colors and themes, and the user-friendly interface is fantastic. ActiveCampaign helps us communicate with clients, automate marketing, and make money. It's a unique entity due to many factors.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

ActiveCampaign is an excellent solution with basic-to-medium features. It's easy to use and reasonably priced. In addition, the assistance is excellent. It's very user-friendly, which is a big plus in my book. Also, the team chats, Onboarding calls, and monthly follow-ups are great. Active Campaign has helped me scale my lead generation by systemizing my business outreach.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Integration is rigid and complex. There needs to be live call-in support that is very easy to access. Unpredictable and rapidly increasing prices are a common complaint. I miss tools to report on campaign activations or deal/contact status. Although Autopilot's visual campaign/automation builder is superior to Active Campaign's, the latter's support and features are well worth the cost. Apart from that, there is room for improvement in terms of reporting.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

ActiveCampaign is a good CRM for scaling your business. It includes a database, automation, CRM tools, email marketing, and client relationship management. It is beneficial to have a developer assist because they can modify the implementation; however, AC enterprise support can also help with this.

What differentiates ActiveCampaign from other similar products?

I'm blown away by how many options there are! Love the automations and the excellent customer service from the crew. There is a lot of value in having monthly meetings to discuss issues and learn new things from one other.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It takes some time to get to know all of the features of ActiveCampaign. Despite this, their onboarding process is very personalized. 5 one-on-one conversations with an onboarding professional were the finest part of the webinars I attended. Helped me set it all up with her. I may now email the support team if I have any questions in the future. Everyone is usually eager to help and the response times are always quick. Because of this, the service stands out and is a game changer.

What do you dislike most about this product?

As your email list grows, the cost will rise, but the return on investment from using this product will well above that of any of its competitors.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

ActiveCampaign is designed for more experienced users and more sophisticated marketing campaigns. To enhance conversions, it is a solution that demands effort and learning; but the benefits are worth it.
