What differentiates ActiveCampaign from other similar products?
Reviews dissection and uses AI technology to help users identify opportunities and get more sales. Helps balance with respect to routine and management tasks. Easily has automatic alerts and reminders to keep projects on track. Sales forecasts are updated every time you move a deal through the funnel. You can also create the stages of your sales funnel or use an existing model. Add your deals or import them from a spreadsheet or CRM.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Add stages and custom fields, view a history and have access to calls, meetings, mails, and notes associated with each contact, share deal updates on achievements and sales; you can generate quality leads for the funnel with custom online forms ready to place on your website, it's the kind of software that just works, real-time reports show your sales reps and sales managers what privileged business progress.
What do you dislike most about this product?
When there are a lot of deals in progress, it is often visually exhausting to pull out the most important deals, support is limited for small accounts. There are certain plans that offer chat and phone support, but for us as a small business, having limited email support.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Create and send customizable email campaigns with professional templates, built to get more clicks. Centralize all confirmation evolution by sending trackable quotes, proposals and contracts from within ActiveCampaign. You should know that you can identify which organizations are browsing your website, for how long, how they found you and what they find entertaining. Automatic reminders and tracking increase productivity.

What differentiates ActiveCampaign from other similar products?
ActiveCampaign pioneers the industry with cutting-edge features that its rivals only now begin to match.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The user interface is fantastic, and I like how easy it is to do anything. And if you're unfamiliar with the topic or want to learn more, you may access the encyclopedic knowledge base that contains EVERY imaginable reference material. The monthly check-ins, onboarding calls, and instant messaging with the staff have been great, too.
What do you dislike most about this product?
ActiveCampaign's initial lack of intuitiveness in establishing automated and campaign-specific emailing is one of my least favorite features. In terms of setup, I'd prefer it to be less complicated and more straightforward.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
For a flat monthly fee, ActiveCampaign provides small and independent publishers with everything they need to create and manage landing pages, email sequences, and one-off emails.

What differentiates ActiveCampaign from other similar products?
It is very appropriate to say that after learning its learning curve in the software our experience started to improve in a very good way doing activities such as promotional campaigns in general, covering several aspects both to evaluate its receptivity, as well as simpler aspects of design and the message itself in addition, we also use the split test option to send emails with better open rates, we have many managements in general with this program.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
We have a lot of complement with the intuitive interface and customizations like easy to add/update contacts automatically as well as easily segment your list and create an email experience and in turn sales tracking, and dynamic email content, all with a good automated system.
What do you dislike most about this product?
With a fairly complicated learning curve when learning the program which would be helpful with better resources for staff understanding as well as the ability to generate a report based on user activity on the website would be excellent as data or information for the company.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
We can assure that it is one of the most complete software on the market at automated management levels due to the great level of time and performance that you have effectively provided us, it is ideal for sole traders to medium sized businesses that want to control and monitor all their email communications on a platform that will bring you a lot.
