What differentiates ActiveCampaign from other similar products?

ActiveCampaign actually has more marketing automation and lots of advanced and customizing features compared to similar Apps.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Its live chat messaging function is a joy as it has enabled great interaction with customers resulting to lead scoring. Makes it all the much easier to hit targets.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It lacks in emails that allow online transactions, a noticeable drawback but the only issue for me.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

As a marketing and sales automation platform with category-defining customer experience, it ranks up there.

What differentiates ActiveCampaign from other similar products?

They provide reasonable pricing and their user interface is quite intuitive. Their onboarding process is designed so that by the time it's completed you'll be very familiar with the tools you'll be using frequently and are running your business or transitioning from another provider rather seamlessly.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

That would have to be its direct integration with our e-commerce platform. We can see the activity of potential customers which helps tremendously in segmenting our list to send appropriate campaigns for where they are at within their journey to becoming customers.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Although there is a trial of certain tools within our plan, we believe that it should be included at no additional charge.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Research your options and make an informed decision based on the needs of your business at that particular time. We believe that Active Campaign will scale well with our business growth and is priced better than other competitors for a small business looking to grow but has to keep budgets as lean as possible while doing so.

What differentiates ActiveCampaign from other similar products?

It feels a bit more outdated than MailChimp. but it has a lot more features and benefits and customization options, like their automation flows and CRM. They also have some pretty in-depth customization options for targeting specific users. You really can keep digging through so many features, just make sure you don't fall into a rabbit hole!

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love the drag and drop functions in Automation builder. So many cool options for segmenting contacts and customizing your user experience.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Some features feel broken or outdated, like the campaign builder... but I think they might have updated that, so they are good at updating features!

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you want a one-stop-shop for email and CRM, this is the place to go. I recommend you become familiar with how to create a good foundation because things can get messy quickly once you start implementing automation and tagging structures etc. Definitely utilize their customer support and one-on-one calls.
